At REWIND Yo-Yo Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Whether the spin isn't right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unplayed yo-yo and all original accessories back into its original packaging to ensure it arrives at our warehouse in mint condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
